We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs (all levels) for temporary hospitality assignments across Shannon and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs seeking flexible work across contract catering, hotels, and hospitality venues.

About the Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Supporting daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining HACCP and food safety compliance
• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served
• Working effectively within different kitchen environments

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Chef experience
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Reliable and professional approach to work
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable.
