Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs (all levels) for temporary hospitality assignments across Limerick.

Whether you’re a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef, we have a variety of opportunities available across contract catering sites, hotels, cafés, and hospitality venues.

About the Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
• Assisting with menu preparation and food presentation
• Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Adapting to different kitchen settings and teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Chef experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across different hospitality sites

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car is a strong advantage, but not essential.
