The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Facilities Management industry to search for a Contract Manager in Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a large-scale contract. The successful candidate will oversee operational performance, compliance, financial management, contractor relationships, and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of managers, technicians, and frontline staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service partners.
• Ensure KPI and SLA targets are consistently achieved.
• Manage contract budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with statutory, health & safety, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
• Coordinate lifecycle projects, equipment upgrades, and asset replacement programmes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
• Participate in emergency response and business continuity planning when required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing Facilities Management contracts.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience managing operational budgets and commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of contractor and vendor management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, Mechanical & Electrical Systems, and BMS.
• Ability to interpret and manage commercial contracts.
• Experience monitoring performance through KPIs and service standards.
• IOSH, NEBOSH, BIFM, CIBSE or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Engineering, related degree or equivalent. Recognised, facilities management professional qualification.
