General Operative – Full-Time Opportunities | Naas, Co. Kildare

Noel Group is currently recruiting General Operatives to join a leading distribution and warehouse operation based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing orders for store deliveries using voice-picking technology
• Wrapping and labelling pallets for dispatch
• Loading and moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Working in both ambient and chilled warehouse environments
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
• Working collaboratively as part of a busy warehouse team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ warehouse experience, including voice picking
• Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working in a busy environment and achieving targets
• Availability to work weekends as part of a rostered schedule
• Full valid driving licence essential
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
