Weekend Chef – Morning Shifts – Kilkenny (Temporary Role)

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs (all levels) for temporary hospitality assignments in Kilkenny.

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs seeking weekend work, with morning and daytime shifts available. Ideal for chefs looking to supplement their income or fit work around other commitments.

About the Role

You will work within a variety of hospitality and catering environments, supporting kitchen teams during busy weekend service periods.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef (Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy service environment

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car is an advantage, but not essential.
