Role: Conference & Banqueting Manager
Location: Galway
Salary: €40,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Conference & Banqueting Manager in Galway.

This role is responsible for overseeing all conference, banqueting, and event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will lead the team, coordinate events, and maintain the highest hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all conference, banqueting, and event operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the events team.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, sales, and operations departments.
• Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
