Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Address customer queries and requests in a courteous manner.
• Adhere to company standards and food safety regulations.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
