Role: Junior Sous Chef
Location: Birdhill, Co. Tipperary
Salary: €20 per hour

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Junior Sous Chef in Birdhill, Co. Tipperary.

This role will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen while ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, team supervision, stock control, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Support the preparation and delivery of high-quality food.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen team members.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are maintained.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management.
• Maintain consistency and efficiency during service.
