Role: Operations Manager
Location: Large Hotel, Ireland
Salary: €55,000 – €60,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Operations Manager in a large hotel.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient departmental performance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to drive service standards, team engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Support and lead departmental managers across the property.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction are maintained.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Manage staffing levels, productivity, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive revenue opportunities while controlling operational costs.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
