Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop department managers and team members
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained
• Manage staffing, rotas, and labour costs
• Monitor financial performance and achieve business targets
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior management role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
