Salary: €42,000 per annum + Accommodation Provided

This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional events and guest experiences. You will oversee the planning and execution of conferences, banquets, weddings, and corporate events while ensuring the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the conference and banqueting department
• Coordinate weddings, conferences, and special events from planning to delivery
• Lead, train, and motivate the events team to achieve service excellence
• Ensure all events are delivered efficiently and exceed guest expectations

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Conference & Banqueting Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Experience managing events, budgets, and customer expectations
