Role: Bar Manager
Location: Kilkenny
Salary: €38,000 per annum + Accommodation Provided

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Bar Manager in Kilkenny.

This role is ideal for an experienced bar professional looking to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive team performance. You will oversee all aspects of the bar while ensuring high service standards, stock control, and profitability targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the bar and lead the team
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Control stock, ordering, and beverage costs
• Maintain company standards, procedures, and licensing regulations

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of stock control and beverage operations
