Role: Duty Manager
Location: Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford
Salary: €37,000 per annum

The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high operational standards across all departments.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the hotel and its departments.
• Lead, motivate, and assist team members during shifts.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and compliance.
