Catering Assistant – Wexford

We are currently recruiting Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters for temporary hospitality assignments across Wexford and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Catering Assistant / Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with food preparation and food service
• Supporting kitchen teams with day-to-day operations
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Cleaning kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Replenishing stock and service stations
• Following food safety and HACCP procedures
• Supporting chefs and catering teams during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

✅ Previous experience as a Catering Assistant, Kitchen Porter, or in a hospitality role preferred

✅ Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

✅ Ability to work in a busy environment

✅ Good communication and teamwork skills

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✅ Flexibility to work across different client sites

A driving licence and access to a car would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.
