Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Salary: €36,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional looking to progress their career within a busy and professional kitchen environment. You will be responsible for managing your section, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management.
• Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, HACCP, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
