Role: Mixologist / Head Bartender
Location: Portarlington
Salary: €35,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Mixologist / Head Bartender in Portlaoise.

This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who is passionate about mixology, guest service, and team development. You will help create innovative cocktail menus, train and support bar staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop seasonal cocktail menus.
• Train, mentor, and support the bar team.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences at all times.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Manage stock control and beverage quality standards.
• Support the management team with daily bar operations.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
