Catering Assistant / Cleaner – Monday to Friday – Kilkenny

We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant / Cleaner for temporary roles based in Kilkenny.

Roles Available

Catering Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:00am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting the catering team with daily operations
• Till operation and cash handling may be required

Cleaner

Hours: Approximately 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitising designated areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Cleaning dining areas, staff facilities, and communal spaces
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working independently to complete daily cleaning tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in catering, cleaning, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Till experience is an advantage for Catering Assistant roles
