Key Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping kitchen areas, floors, and work surfaces clean and tidy
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
• Emptying bins and maintaining high hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
