Role: Account Manager (Technical FM)

Location: Munster Region

Salary: €85,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the facilities management industry to search for an Account Manager (Technical FM) in the Munster region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities management professional to lead a multi-site portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong commercial performance. The successful candidate will manage client relationships,

lead operational teams, and drive continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Manage senior client relationships and act as the key point of contact.
• Own and manage P&L performance, budgets, and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQ, statutory, and contractual requirements.
• Drive service improvements, operational efficiencies, and account growth.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, or Facilities Management.
• BIFM
• IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET
• NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely or HSE qualification
• Previous experience within Facilities Management, Technical Services, Engineering Services, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Strong understanding of compliance, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
