Catering Assistant / Deli & Barista All-Rounder Letterkenny

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food in the deli area
• Making tea, coffee, and specialty beverages to a high standard
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the premises
• Assisting with stock rotation and replenishment
• Supporting colleagues across all areas of the business as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in catering, deli, café, or barista roles is desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Good attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Flexible, reliable, and a positive team player
• HACCP and food safety knowledge is an advantage but not essential
