Role: Bar Manager – No Food No late bar
Location: LEIXLIP
Salary: €43,000 – €48,000 + Profit Related Bonus

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Bar Manager in LEIXLIP

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy, family-owned public house, leading the team, managing stock, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
The successful candidate will drive profitability while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of approximately 8 staff.
• Create and manage weekly staff rotas.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Conduct regular staff reviews and performance discussions.
• Support a positive and professional working culture.
• Monitor stock levels and manage supplier deliveries.
• Complete monthly stock takes and stock reporting.
• Minimise waste and prevent stock loss.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Support efficient stock control procedures.
• Welcome and engage with regular and new customers.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Support a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
• Promote events and initiatives to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Follow alcohol and tobacco control legislation.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout the premises.
• Ensure the venue remains clean and secure.
• Manage daily cash handling and takings procedures.

Requirements

• Experience as a Bar Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations effectively.
• Strong organisational and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and approximately 40 hours per week.
• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
