Electrician

Monday to Friday | Day Shift | €60,000 + Benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business that is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its growing engineering team. This is a full-time, site-based position offering regular Monday to Friday hours and an excellent work-life balance.

Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently, helping to minimise downtime and support continuous operations.

Key Duties

• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on a variety of manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Install, inspect, calibrate and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Support the commissioning and testing of new electrical installations and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records through the company’s CMMS system.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Full authorisation to work in Ireland (EU/Irish Citizenship or Stamp 4).
• Qualified Electrical Maintenance Technician/Electrician recognised in Ireland.
• Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to commute to or reside within a reasonable distance of Ballaghaderreen.
