Role: Hotel Chef de Partie
Location: Ballincollig, Co. Cork
Salary: €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Ballincollig, Co. Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take ownership of a section within a busy kitchen while maintaining high food quality and presentation standards. The successful candidate will support the senior kitchen team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP procedures are followed.
• Support junior team members and assist with training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
