Role: Store Manager
Location: Balbriggan
Salary: €52,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Store Manager in Balbriggan.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, managing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will lead by example, maintain operational excellence, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth trading.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience as a Manager within SuperValu or Centra.
• Must have strong leadership and team management skills.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
