Hotel Bar Mixologist

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Bar Mixologist in Dublin 4.

This role is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences, preparing high-quality cocktails, and delivering outstanding guest service. The successful candidate will bring creativity, product knowledge, and a passion for hospitality while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Ensure all licensing, health, and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefit:

• Salary per annum: €38,000
