Role: Regional Manager
Location: Dublin Area
Salary: €70,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the service industry to search for a Regional Manager in the Dublin Area.
This role is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and profitability of multiple hospitality sites across the region.
The successful candidate will lead teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent service delivery across all locations.

The Role:

• Manage and support between 10 and 20 sites across the Dublin region.
• Lead, support and develop a high-performing team of Front Line Managers across the region.
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring service expectations are understood and delivered.
• Ensure compliance with company systems, standards and processes across all operational areas.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Multi-Site General Manager.
• Strong experience managing multiple locations simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience managing within a P&L environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
