Role: General Manager
Location: Tramore, Co. Waterford
Salary: €75,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a General Manager in Tramore, Co. Waterford.

This is a leadership role responsible for the overall management and performance of the club, ensuring exceptional service standards, financial success, and member satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee all departments while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Our client is a well-established golf club offering a high-quality golfing, hospitality, dining, and accommodation experience to members and guests.

The Role

• Lead and manage the overall operation of the golf club.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and administration.
• Drive sales, marketing, and membership growth initiatives.
• Manage the golf course operation and member experience.
• Support the Food & Beverage operation, including bar and restaurant services.
• Oversee accommodation operations, including six guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Deliver high standards of customer service across all departments.

The Candidate

• Proven experience within the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience as a General Manager or a senior management role ready for the next career step.
• Strong financial and administrative management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
• Commercially focused with experience in sales and marketing.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Essential Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
