Essential Requirements

Administration and Clerical Skills

  • Proven ability to carry out a broad range of administrative and clerical duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience maintaining records, filing systems, databases, and confidential documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work within deadlines.

Information Technology Skills

  • Excellent IT skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience using computerised administration systems and databases.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to a professional standard.
