The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Deputy General Manager in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a busy and successful property. The Deputy General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive commercial performance, and ensure the highest standards of guest service across all departments.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to department managers, support staff development, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager with the overall operation of the property.
• Lead, motivate, and develop management and operational teams.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements where required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
• Drive business performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
