Role: Hotel Sales & Events Manager
Location: Cork – Accommodation provided
Salary: €55,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Sales & Events Manager in Cork.

This role is responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and managing the successful delivery of events. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences while achieving business targets.

Our client is a well-established hospitality Group known for its excellent service, strong reputation, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate, leisure, and group sales revenue.
• Manage event enquiries from initial contact to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Work closely with operational teams to deliver successful events.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
