Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager in Limerick.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand awareness, and developing commercial strategies to maximise revenue across all business segments. The successful candidate will lead sales and marketing initiatives while building strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and local market clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support business objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
