Role: People Operations Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70,000 + 10% Bonus

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a People Operations Manager in Dublin.

This role is responsible for leading all people operations activities, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR support within a busy event-driven environment. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to ensure the business is fully resourced and supported at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the People Operations function on site.
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
  • Oversee high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Support employee relations and ensure HR compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance initiatives.
  • Monitor workforce metrics and provide reporting to leadership teams.
  • Support operational delivery during major events and peak periods.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with right-to-work requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a People Operations, HR, or Workforce Management role.
  • Strong experience within hospitality, events, catering, or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing large-volume or seasonal workforces.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience with workforce management systems is desirable.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is an advantage.

  • Must have experience in Hospitality
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
