This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and high service standards across all departments. The successful candidate will support departmental leaders, drive performance, and contribute to the overall commercial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and support departmental managers and team members.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction levels across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue performance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Manage staffing levels, workforce planning, and employee development.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
