Role: General Manager
Location: Sligo, Ireland
Salary: €105,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a General Manager in Sligo.
This role is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will drive commercial performance while maintaining high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the business.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Develop, mentor, and support department managers and teams.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager or 4-5 years as Deputy General.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
