πŸ’° Salary: €62,000 – €82,000 (depending on experience)
πŸ•’ Hours: 35 Hours per Week
πŸ“… Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
🏠 Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

We are seeking an experienced HR Organisational Development Specialist to join a busy and progressive People & Culture team in Dublin 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute to key organisational development and change initiatives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders, you will support strategic projects, enhance employee engagement initiatives, and help drive organisational change across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic People & Culture initiatives.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Conduct research, gather insights and analyse data to support organisational decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and project updates for senior management.
  • Monitor project plans, timelines, milestones and key deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support organisational development, change management and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, HR Projects or a related field.
  • A Level 8 qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience preparing professional reports, presentations and briefing documents.
