Role: Senior Food & Beverage Duty Manager
Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Salary: €38,000 per annum + Accommodation

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Senior Food & Beverage Duty Manager in Tralee.

This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the team while assisting with the smooth running of all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of Food & Beverage operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members across F&B outlets.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
• Monitor service standards and department performance.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Support senior management in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering high standards of guest service.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
