Senior Recruitment Consultant

Noel Group are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Supply Chain & Logistics to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions within the supply chain sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruitment professional with a proven track record in temporary recruitment, sales, and client management within the supply chain market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of supply chain and logistics clients through business development and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the supply chain sector.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates across warehousing, logistics, procurement, production, planning, and operations.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions and maintain high service standards.
• Achieve individual KPIs, sales targets, and revenue objectives.
• Develop talent pipelines and maintain an active candidate network.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
• Ensure an outstanding client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience within the Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing sector.
• Strong background in temporary recruitment and sales.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially focused with a target-driven mindset.
