Role: Head Chef
Location: Galway
Salary: €60,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Head Chef in Galway.

Define the Role

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations within a high-standard new restaurant located in a brand-new hotel.
• Create and develop high-quality menus that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and food cost targets.

The Duties

• Oversee and support the kitchen team on a daily basis.
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
