About the Role

• Lead and oversee all groundworks activities on a large residential construction project.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials to keep works on schedule.
• Work closely with project management and design teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive daily progress while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

• Relevant construction qualification or strong trade background.
• Proven experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and subcontractor management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
