The Noel Group are recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to join a high-performing culinary team in a luxury hospitality environment known for its exceptional food standards and guest experience.
This role would suit a passionate chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients, maintaining high standards, and is looking to develop their career within a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities of a Chef De Partie:
- Take responsibility for your designated section of the kitchen during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently before service
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain strict HACCP and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff where required
Requirements of a Chef De Partie:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a busy professional kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures
