Role: F&B Manager
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €55,000 per annum
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an F&B Manager in Dublin City Centre.
The F&B Manager will lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, strong commercial performance, and adherence to company and industry standards. This role oversees restaurant, bar, banqueting, conferencing, and room service operations while driving service excellence, revenue growth, and team development.
The Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the F&B team.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and payroll costs in line with budgets.
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and service initiatives.
- Monitor labour costs, stock control, wastage, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, licensing, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain strong operational and financial performance across all departments.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Hospitality.
- Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role within a 4★ or 5★ hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness with a proven ability to manage budgets and costs.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Irish licensing regulations.
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
- Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
