Role: Front of House Manager
Location: Ballincollig, Cork
Salary: €34,000 – €37,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead front-of-house operations within a busy hotel environment. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, smooth daily operations, and strong team performance across reception and guest-facing departments.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high standards.

• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Monitor bookings, arrivals, departures, and occupancy levels.

• Ensure all administrative and reporting duties are completed accurately.

• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Previous hotel front office or reception management experience is required.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
