Role: Hotel Leisure Centre Assistant Manager
Location: Ballincollig, Cork
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Leisure Centre Assistant Manager in Ballincollig, Cork.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leisure and hospitality professional to join a busy hotel leisure centre. The successful candidate will support the Leisure Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining excellent member and guest experiences, and ensuring high operational standards across all facilities.

Key Duties

• Support the Leisure Centre Manager with daily operations and team supervision.

• Ensure exceptional customer service for members, guests, and visitors.

• Monitor health and safety, hygiene, and poolside compliance standards.

• Assist with staff training, rota planning, and performance management.

• Support membership growth and promote leisure centre services.

• Ensure all facilities are maintained to high operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

• Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

• Previous leisure centre, gym, or wellness facility experience is desirable.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
