Experienced Waitstaff Wanted – Galway Race Week 2026

Noel Group are currently recruiting experienced waitstaff to join the Corporate Hospitality team for this year’s Galway Races.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Ireland’s biggest summer events in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Requirements

Applicants must have previous experience in:

• Busy restaurants
• Banqueting or large-scale events
• Hospitality venues

Availability

Candidates must be available for 5-6 days during Race Week:

Monday 27th July – Saturday 1st August 2026

Shifts will begin from early/mid-morning and finish late evening, with daily shifts ranging from 8-10 hours.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be hardworking, reliable, and efficient
• Have excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Work well as part of a team and follow direction confidently
• Be over 18 years of age

Required Certifications

• Manual Handling Certificate
• Food Safety Level 1 Certificate
