Role: Chef de Partie – Japanese Cuisine
Location: Galway
Salary: €38,000 per annum
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie – Japanese Cuisine in Galway.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef with Japanese cuisine experience to join a luxury 5-star hotel. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary standards, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Key Duties

Prepare and present high-quality Japanese dishes to exceptional standards.

Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.

Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.

Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.

Work closely with the senior kitchen team to support menu development.
Candidate Requirements

Must have experience in Hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

Previous experience working with Japanese cuisine is essential.

Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
