Role: Chef de Partie – Japanese Cuisine
Location: Galway
Salary: €38,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie – Japanese Cuisine in Galway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef with Japanese cuisine experience to join a luxury 5-star hotel. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary standards, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Key Duties

  • Prepare and present high-quality Japanese dishes to exceptional standards.

  • Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.

  • Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.

  • Work closely with the senior kitchen team to support menu development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

  • Previous experience working with Japanese cuisine is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
