Role: Executive Sous Chef
Location: County Kerry
Salary: €65,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Executive Sous Chef in Co. Kerry.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to join a high-performing hospitality team in a senior leadership capacity. The Executive Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service across all kitchen functions.
Key Duties

Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and service delivery.

Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen brigade to maintain high performance.

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Monitor stock levels, ordering, and kitchen cost controls.

Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Assist with menu planning, seasonal offerings, and new dish development.
Candidate Requirements

Must have experience in Hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control.

Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
