Role: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Killarney
Salary: 55,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Food & Beverage Manager in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across 1 restaurant, 1 bar, and 1 coffee dock. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, maintaining operational standards, and leading a high-performing team.
The Duties

Lead, motivate, and develop Food & Beverage teams across all outlets.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance reviews.

Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with business needs and labour budgets.

Monitor labour costs, productivity, and departmental efficiency.

Oversee daily operations to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.

Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Control departmental budgets, stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

Analyse sales and performance reports to improve revenue and profitability.

Support menu development, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements

Must have experience in Hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience managing multiple Food & Beverage outlets.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
