Role: Head Chef
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €50,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Head Chef in South Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead a busy kitchen operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen performance, maintaining high food standards, managing costs, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
The Role:

Lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operation.

Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

Drive menu development, food quality, and service consistency.

Manage kitchen performance to achieve operational targets.
The Duties:
-
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management.
-
Manage food cost, labour cost, and kitchen budgets.

Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team.

Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety compliance at all times.
Requirements:
-
Must have experience in Hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Passion for quality food and operational excellence.
-
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
-
Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
