The Noel Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, a well-established 4-star hotel.
This is an opportunity to join a professional kitchen team within a busy hospitality environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chef with a passion for food and a desire to further develop their career.
Responsibilities of a Chef de Partie:
- Prepare, cook and present food to the required standards and specifications.
- Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen during service.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment and storage areas.
Requirements of a Chef de Partie:
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry or a busy food business
- HACCP trained
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of food preparation and service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
- Availability for early starts and late finishes
