Role: Meeting & Events Manager
Location: Galway City Centre
Salary: €45,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Meeting & Events Manager in Galway.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join an elegant 4-star hotel in Galway City Centre. The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of meetings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events, ensuring exceptional client service and seamless event execution while maximising revenue opportunities.

The Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the meetings and events department.

  • Prepare event proposals, contracts, and function sheets with accuracy.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and event briefings with operational teams.

  • Ensure all events are delivered to the highest service standards and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
